Hello! My name is Julia! I specialize in Child Centered Play Therapy (specifically ages 3-10) and parenting sessions. I believe that through Play Therapy, children have the opportunity to increase self-expression, help regulate emotions and practice developmentally appropriate skills. I accept feelings without judgement and strive to understand perspectives and experiences of others. I also am a resource for caregivers and can provide an additional layer of support and collaboration.
