Welcome! Take a moment to take a deep breath. This is space where you can show up as you are. I work with clients who are experiencing dysfunction in their lives and who are curious about where it stems from, and how to change it. I work primarily with individuals who are experiencing anxiety, ADHD, depression, interpersonal conflicts, trauma/PTSD, life transitions and intergenerational trauma. I aspire to create a space where healing can occur through self exploration, processing of the past, and finding new coping mechanisms. Whether you're feeling stuck or needing a space that's just yours, I'm here to support you! I'll work alongside you to explore your habits and decisions, and gain a deeper understanding of yourself. I use a variety of different approaches/modalities to suit each client (EMDR, DBT, Attachment, IFS).
