A core focus of my practice is Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) and Identity Development. I am trained in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), the gold-standard, evidence-based treatment for OCD. ERP helps you gradually face feared thoughts, sensations, or situations while learning to resist the compulsions that keep OCD stuck. Over time, this allows the nervous system to recalibrate, so intrusive thoughts lose their power and your life opens back up. My approach to ERP is both structured and compassionate—firm enough to create change, and gentle enough to honor how difficult this work can be.
