My role as a therapist is to help you access those parts of yourself that are hurt or lost and help you understand what is preventing you from moving forward. Working together, we will explore these issues and help you harness your strength and resilience. I am here to support and guide you through it all! Sessions with me will include a lot of self reflection and exploration to help you gain better insight into the underlying cause of your symptoms, empowering you to make healthy life changes. I am dedicated to creating a safe, non-judgmental space for you to work through your inner struggles and facilitate deeper healing.
