My specialties are eating disorders and disordered eating, Health at Every Size and Intuitive Eating, healing from trauma, and AFAB people diagnosed as neurodiverse in adulthood. I come from a psychodynamic perspective utilizing traditional talk therapy, art therapy, brainspotting, and other intuitive holistic modalities. I utilize art therapy, brainspotting, inner child work, HAES, intuitive holistic modalities, and cheesy therapeutic puns. I create a safe space with accountability, boundaries, neurodiverse affirming care, and a trauma-informed perspective.
