We push away parts of ourselves in order to survive in this world whether that be due to extensive trauma, systemic oppression, or just navigating the existential confusion of being a human. Sometimes, it even works! But it always catches up with us. We obsess, ruminate, or just straight up shut down. We're unfulfilled and lost. But, we don't have to live a life of constantly being overwhelmed by our thoughts, feelings, and the world around us. It may seem far away, but we can even thoroughly enjoy our lives. The healing and growth process is an elusive one and my aim to help you navigate what that looks like for you.
