I enjoy working with individuals and families of all ages and stages of life. Every person has a purpose and I strive to support others in pursuing their purpose while improving the quality of their life and relationships. I believe that my purpose is to serve God and people through mental health therapy. Relationships and human connection are at the heart of therapy and are fundamental to personal growth and stability. I am trained in EMDR therapy for treating trauma as well as Created for Connection (EFT-based) for working with families and couples.
