I am a Licensed Art Therapist and Clinical Mental Health Counselor in the state of NJ, as well as a credentialed Supervisor to Counselors-in-Training. My practice in the field includes the utilization of modern psychodynamic therapy, developmental theory, and attachment-based therapy, working from a trauma-informed lens. My experience Directing Community-Based Clinics and background working with disenfranchised populations furthered my desire to I believe recognize that therapy is not a “one-size fits all” approach and that collaboration is key for a genuine counseling relationship.
