I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a proud graduate of New York University. I’m passionate about helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and reconnect with their innate strengths. My approach is grounded in warmth, authenticity, and compassion — I believe healing happens within a trusting, safe, and nurturing therapeutic relationship. I work with adults, adolescents, and children facing a variety of concerns including mood disorders, anxiety, PTSD, and ADHD. My work is trauma-informed and guided by psychodynamic principles, while also being collaborative, insight-oriented, and solution-focused.
