Welcome - I am so glad you are here. If you've been feeling overwhelmed by the pace of life or weighed down by anxiety and past trauma, you're not alone. Maybe you've noticed that your energy is lower, your anxiety is higher, you aren't sleeping as well, and you are feeling more irritated than normal. You feel like something is off, but you can't put your finger on it. My goal is to help folks live a fuller and meaningful life. To feel lighter, acknowledge your strengths, and to find healing and peace. I enjoy using several modalities such as EMDR, Internal Family Systems, and ACT as I have found them very impactful.
