I offer an integrative approach that considers the whole person: mind, body, environment, and relationships. My clients often seek my support with symptoms of anxiety and depression, or navigating life after trauma. Whether you’re healing from tough experiences or seeking clarity through big life changes, I’m here to walk with you. No judgment, just care, curiosity, and real support. As a yoga teacher of over 10 years, I offer a somatic approach that may include breath work and movement alongside talk therapy.
