I have experience working with clients who are dealing with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, life changes, addiction, trauma, and relationship concerns. My hope is to assist clients in building skills and gaining skills and insight that allow them to make decisions towards a fulfilling and healthier life. Together we can work on the approach that will be most comfortable for you to help you find healing and empowerment within your life. I use a mix of interventions from CBT, mindfulness, and even solution-focused therapies. I want to create an environment that is non-judgmental and collaborative to instill hope and support.
