About

As an intern level Marriage and Family therapist working under supervision, I'm passionate about supporting parents, especially mothers, as they navigate their child’s life transitions, or life transitions of their own. I gently support couples and families through life's many twists and turns. I also support adolescents and young adults as they explore identity, manage anxiety or depression, and move through key developmental stages. I’ve worked in mental health for 5+ years, including with children with ASD and in an inpatient mental health unit. I'm confident supporting kids, teens, and families through crisis. I now work part-time in pediatric specialty care, deepening my understanding of complex health needs impact on families.
