I have worked with multiple communities that vary significantly throughout my career with the intention to understand and assist each unique individual. I have worked with the geriatric population, parents and children, and couples. I have worked closely with those struggling with alcohol and substance abuse and addiction, and those with severe and mild mental health disorders ranging from depression and anxiety to schizophrenia, bi-polar 1 and 2, and personality disorders. I have been trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Crisis Management, mind-body connection and more. I don't follow just one mode of therapy because I truly believe that therapy isn't one size fits all. Each individual is unique and deserves a unique plan to tackle their life and thoughts.
