My name is Julianna and as a mental health counselor my greatest joy comes from guiding individuals toward personal growth and a deeper connection with who they truly desire to be. My passion lies in working with clients of all ages. When working with children and teens, my aim is to help them achieve emotional regulation. I do this by teaching positive coping strategies, enhancing emotional expression through improved communication, boosting self-esteem, and fostering growth in social skills. I also specialize in treating individuals with substance use disorder, offering a compassionate and understanding path to recovery.
