I work with people of all ages and specialize in complex trauma, anxiety, and co-regulation. In my 20 years of clinical work, I’ve focused on helping individuals & families find and practice ways to live regulated, connected, and meaningful lives amidst all the ups & downs of life. Those who work with me tend to be seeking ways to better regulate and feel the full range & intensity of their experiences, while honoring their genuine selves. Discomfort is inherent in change, and in fact change is inherent in life. We will move at your pace, as this work is about noticing and realizing the agency you have over your own experiences.
