Clients often tell me they feel safe, seen, and genuinely supported in our work together, allowing trust to grow naturally. I help people reconnect with their inner voice, shift old patterns, and move through trauma, anxiety, grief, and life transitions. I use EMDR and other evidence-based therapies, tailoring care to your goals and pace. Therapy with me is collaborative, and I’m here to support you every step of the way. Together, we’ll build resilience, self-compassion, and lasting change.
