I am dedicated to helping others re-experience themselves. While we all experience struggles, there are times when managing them can be more difficult. Feelings of vulnerability, shame, and fear can easily become chains that hold us down. We begin to give away our power by allowing others to decide how we experience ourselves, our relationships, and our lives. We use food, emotions, behaviors, alcohol, and drugs hoping to protect ourselves. In these attempts we surrender even more power. The energy we once used to live in love, abundance, and wellness is no longer available: as a limited resource, it's now all used up.
