Keller Care LMFT was founded in September 2022 after completing my internship specializing in at-risk youth and utilizing dialectical behavior therapy (DBT). At Keller Care LMFT, therapy focuses on identifying interventions, coping skills, and solutions to address mental health challenges such as depression, anxiety, suicidal thoughts and behaviors, PTSD, anger management, trauma, crisis intervention, communication difficulties, and social awkwardness. I also provide brainspotting as a trauma intervention.
