An important question we explore is: "How are the events in my life trying to expand me?" This is a powerful question, much more so than, "Why me?" I draw from psychological theory, neuroscience, and spirituality/mindfulness to help re-frame, unhealthy patterns and foster acceptance and compassion for self. Hypnosis strengthens the process. We explore in a safe and loving environment that enables one to look more closely at their own behaviors and thought patterns without defensiveness.
