Everyone faces challenges at some point in their life. Feeling heard, understood, and supported can be helpful as we move through these challenges. I work with people who are struggling with depression/anxiety, and relational issues, with a goal of better understanding how traumas play out in relationship to ourselves and others. I aim to provide a nonjudgemental space to share and reflect, and support you in sorting through life's difficulties.
