I consider therapy to be a sacred space in which we can learn how to trust and love ourselves, leading us to healthier relationships. It takes a lot of courage to examine our lives in an honest way and I respect those willing to do the work. Therapy can feel vulnerable and so it is important you feel safe in the process. My focus is to make sure you feel heard and understood. I like to share some laughter in the sessions as well. It is good to not take ourselves and life too seriously. We are all just trying to figure it out.
