I am passionate about empowering individuals to thrive in life. Therapy is essential for uncovering and understanding self-destructive behaviors and working through, not around, loss and grief. I work with adults and teens, specializing in trauma, divorce, anxiety, depression, disordered eating, broken relationships, life transitions and identity. Therapy can be overwhelming at first, therefore, I provide a safe and trusting environment to uncover and explore new and healthier approaches to life.
