My number one priority is for my clients to feel comfortable. I take a laid-back approach that is fairly directive yet very empathic. Psychoeducation and self-esteem work are major parts of my practice as I utilize these tools to empower my clients. I also focus on coping skills and the relationship between thoughts, feelings and behaviors (CBT-focused). I like to be transparent with clients and increase their comfortability by letting my own personality shine through. My specialties lie within anxiety and depression. I work with clients aged 8 and up who experience a variety of struggles. One of the areas I love working in most is self-advocacy and people-pleasing behaviors. I aim to increase clients' awareness of their thoughts and behaviors and then find how they use this information to increase life satisfaction.
