With over 12 years of experience, I specialize in supporting adults coping with substance use, anxiety and depression. I also have a passion for helping adults with hoarding behaviors, particularly through in-home therapy. I find that home-based therapy fosters a greater trusting relationship and allows the client and I to tackle obstacles head on.
