I specialize in working with adult women experiencing anxiety and depression related to life challenges and transitions such as pregnancy, becoming a parent, relationship difficulties, moving, and career or education changes. I will help you to gain insight into your situation and develop new strategies in order to best navigate it. We will look closely at your social relationships, both current and past, to help you to find more fulfillment in your connections with others. We will also look at your coping strategies and the way you view yourself as we work together to decrease your symptoms and improve your quality of life. I have specialized training to work with women struggling with anxiety and depression in the perinatal period, including families of parents of children who have spent time in the NICU. If we are working together during your pregnancy, we will create a post-partum plan to ensure you have the support you need during this time in your life.
