Hey there! I’m Julie (she/her/hers), a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) and National Certified Counselor (NCC) working for Ellie Mental Health. I support individuals who feel overwhelmed, emotionally drained, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve them. Many of my clients are working through anxiety, depression, stress, ADHD, relationship challenges, or substance-related concerns. I’m passionate about helping clients feel understood, empowered, and capable of meaningful change. I strive to create a warm, authentic space where you can explore your story, strengths, and hopes for the future. My approach is collaborative and grounded in evidence-based methods like CBT and DBT. Together, we will build self-awareness, confidence, and self-compassion, while developing practical tools to manage emotions, cope with stress, and navigate daily life. My goal is to help you find clarity, relief, and direction in a sustainable and meaningful way.
