Ever thought to yourself, "I should be able to handle this, it really isn't that bad compared to what others have gone through"? If it matters to you, it matters. Maybe you don't have someone in your life right now that you feel you can talk to about certain things. You aren't alone; many people experience this. I really enjoy meeting a wide variety of people because while you may learn a lot about yourself in therapy, I always end up learning something from you. I consider it a gift and a responsibility to be entrusted with what you need to talk about. I work primarily with adults.
