Many people take a long time to make the decision to enter treatment, and are not sure what to expect when they get here. What you will find is a relaxed, judgement-free zone where we can explore and work through what you want to change about your life. I have many years of experience with those managing serious mental health issues as well as those facing unusual life challenges. My many years of both clinical and graduate level teaching experience have taught me that there is no "one-size-fits-all" solution for any of my clients.
