My focus and passion is to offer assistance to clients who want to work on developing skills to enhance their coping skills. I believe that each of us has the capacity to change their thinking which can enhance mood, self esteem and strengthen relationships. I will work together with clients to develop a plan for growth which is based on their strengths with attention paid to healing from past traumas. I am also fluent in Spanish. I have more than a decade of assisting individuals who are interested in therapy. Together we will focus on ensuring that clients develop tools and skills to cope with and alleviate symptoms of depression, anxiety and PTSD. I offer trauma focused therapy and am trained in EMDR, brainspotting and internal family systems. I see clients ages 8 and older.
