I view it a privilege to join with you on your journey towards healing, growth & relief; as you move toward the person God created you to be. I aim to balance encouragement & support with effective therapy; and believe meaningful change requires intentional movement, not just conversation. Life is tough enough & sometimes we need someone to help us regain our strength & confidence to get back on track. I also an Approved Supervisor in the state of TN.
