I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) based in Los Angeles, California, and working with clients statewide via telehealth. I work with adolescents to seniors and specialize in anxiety, depression, PTSD, OCD, and stage of life transitions. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing to help my clients identify goals and make progress on their journey to feeling better. My therapeutic approach is tailored to the individual client's needs. Not everyone responds to the same methods of practice.
