In my experience, pain and worry decrease throughout the therapeutic process. Life becomes more fulfilling and more manageable. I believe you are your own best expert and my role is to walk alongside you in your path of growth. I am trauma-informed: utilizing mindfulness, EMDR, solution focused and somatic interventions. I have been working as a therapist since 2000. I specialize in the treatment of adolescents, women, children and their families.
