I work with Adolescents and Adults. My approach is eclectic in that I individualize my treatment to the unique needs and concerns of each client. My goal is to provide a holistic approach that addresses the mind, body and soul. I utilize Person Centered Therapy, Art Therapy, EMDR, Life Story Work, IFS, and Spiritual Formation/Spiritual Practices.
