At some point in life, many of us find ourselves in need of help and decide to reach out and get it. It's not an easy first step, but it can lead to life changing results. As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I count it as an honor and privilege to come along side my clients and help them move through their problem or pain to find a more fulfilling life. I strive to offer a safe environment where my clients can share honestly and feel accepted. I am Certified in Emotionally Focused Therapy for Couples. I also have experience helping people with anxiety, depression, parenting issues, grief and I have a special interest in working with women with mid-life issues.
