Beginning therapy can be one of the most challenging, and rewarding, quality of life decisions a person can make. I believe the rapport between therapist and client to be the foundation for promoting awareness, insight and personal growth for present struggles and identifying the role long standing patterns play. Using client’s existing strengths, my clients and I develop coping strategies through a collaborative approach, and work toward achieving greater balance and healthier patterns. I work with a wide range of couples, adults and young adults.
