Healing is a deeply personal journey and I believe every person has the innate capacity to heal, grow, and expand. As a Certified EMDR Therapist and 20 years of mental health experience, I specialize in PTSD, developmental/attachment trauma, cancer/chronic illness, anxiety and grief. In addition to EMDR, I integrate an Earth-Based approach into sessions, honoring our deep connection to the natural world. I believe that reconnecting with the rhythms of nature is an essential part of the healing process, helping us ground, regulate, and find a deeper sense of belonging.
