Choosing to hope that things could get better is the very essence of courage. With over a decade of experience working with young adults, women and parents, I’m here to help you move from hope to action. I am a certified EMDR provider and utilize this modality in the treatment of trauma. I am also a certified AutPlay Therapy Provider to help support neurodivergent individuals and their families and I am SPACE trained to support parents of anxious children. Additionally, I offer parenting support for parents of children diagnosed with ADHD and/or Autism and twice exceptional (2E) children and adults.
