I sincerely believe in the power of truly being seen and understood by another human being. This is my top priority in the work I do. First and foremost I hope to hear about you and your experience, and understand where you're at in life. When we are seen by another with compassion, I believe it naturally opens up access to our own inner wisdom. I like to work in collaboration and alongside you in a way that honors your wisdom to make the right decisions that line up with your own values and beliefs. After working for over twenty years as a nurse, I decided to become a therapist because I believe our mental health is so important!
