My ideal client feels in some way "stuck" but is curious and motivated to change. I have a deep understanding of the life cycle, self states and trauma. Feelings of anxiety, depression, frustration or depletion often bring people for their initial consultation. Maybe your concerns relate more to family conflicts, divorce, bereavement or health. I teach relational skills and sometimes use mindfulness techniques. I want to help you feel more aware and more in control of your future. Our work will be about developing self-compassion combined with appreciating your unique strengths. You will always feel my energy, warmth and optimism.
