Hello! My name is Julie Kelly and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 6 years of clinical experience. My focus areas of practice include depression, anxiety, and trauma processing. I have extensive experience working with adolescents and young adults. Since there’s no “one size fits all” in counseling, I use a holistic approach based on the unique needs of each individual. Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) or Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy (TFCBT) are most often used to help clients better understand how their thoughts, feelings and behaviors all interact and affect well-being.
