I’m especially passionate about supporting clients who experience ADHD and autism. My approach combines therapy and practical life coaching to build real-world skills such as time management, prioritization, and creating healthy routines, tools that help both children and adults feel more confident and capable each day. In my practice, IFS serves as a foundation for understanding the different “parts” of ourselves that carry emotions, beliefs, and past experiences. I help clients get to know these inner parts with curiosity and compassion, creating space for healing, balance, and self-leadership.
