I am a Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist and AASECT Certified Sex Therapist. My practice is trauma informed to address symptoms of PTSD and Acute Stress and I have received trainings in Hypnotherapy and Internal Family Systems as well as CBT and DBT. I incorporate mindfulness practices into my work and periodically run groups for those who desire to develop these skills more fully. Please know that my practice is LGBTQIA affirmative and I will not provide any form of conversion therapy.
