Welcome - I’m Julie Lane. For over 12 years, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside individuals navigating a wide range of life challenges: anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, grief, complex medical issues (including cancer, chronic pain, fibromyalgia, and POTS), as well as those facing end-of-life concerns. Our work often involves exploring existential questions—meaning, purpose, and identity—which tend to surface after significant life changes or losses. Through this process, many people strengthen self-care practices, improve self-talk and self-esteem, and set healthier boundaries in relationships, work, and other areas of life.
