I specialize in helping clients identify who they are and who they want to become. I will come alongside and help facilitate desired changes. I have experience helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, work/life balance, divorce, gender/sexual identity and Faith issues. I utilize a variety of strategies to help work through resistance and thus achieve the desired outcome. I frequently check in with clients to see that I am meeting their needs. I track progress and make certain my clients feel therapy is helping them.
