Roam Well is a place to slow your pace, breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself. I work with children, teens, adults, and athletes of all ages and abilities, mainly using an Internal Family System (IFS) approach that invites curiosity and compassion for the inner landscape. I support children and parents navigating ADHD and walk alongside athletes facing pressure, injury, and transition. Informed by sports medicine settings, my work weaves somatic and nature-based experiences to strengthen regulation, resilience, and trust in the body. I am an affirming LGBTQIA+ ally. My background enables me to assist people who may be experiencing performance difficulties related to anxiety or injury. I'm a proud supporter of Special Olympics, too.
