I have a special interest in working with adults 21 and older who are goal oriented and interested in embracing change. I'll offer you the support you need to write the next chapter of your story. My training includes EMDR, Clinical Hypnosis, CBT, Mindfulness, Trauma-informed Treatment, and CBT-i. I offer adjunctive EMDR treatment to clients already working with a psychotherapist.
