I offer couples therapy - including premarital therapy, family therapy, and individual therapy. As a relationship therapist, rooted in systems theory, I am passionate and committed to helping my clients explore their growth potential, both in relationships and individually through a collaborative process. By nurturing insight and providing consistent support, you can move at your own pace and work through issues that you feel are preventing you from progressing. I offer online and in-person therapy, in addition to walk-and-talk therapy to individuals, couples, and families. I have extensive experience supporting clients from the full spectrum life cycle. I am passionate about play therapy, parent coaching, relationship therapy, & individual therapy to help all of my clients identify where they want help & how to build skills to meet their goals. I provide telehealth, in-person office sessions, & outdoor nature-based sessions.
