When people seek out therapy for themselves or their children, they often feel overwhelmed, confused, and alone. I partner with clients to provide support during these challenging times and help them work through difficult issues. Each client comes to me with their own unique strengths and challenges. I use an individualized, non-judgmental approach to help people develop a better understanding of themselves and identify ways we can work together to help them reach their goals.
