Do you want to stop drinking or using drugs? Do you have a loved one struggling with substance use? Giving up something that has been used as a coping skill can be very difficult and present many challenges. Recovering from a substance use disorder will be a journey and one that I can help you with! It can also be difficult to know how to best support a loved one who is in active addiction or just beginning the recovery process. I have been working with adults of all ages with substance use disorders since 2009 helping them navigate the process of change with an open mind, empathy and compassion. I can help you take a look at how drugs and alcohol are affecting your life and provide a supportive environment for change. Together, we can identify your goals that will support the life that you want. I can also offer support and guidance in helping you cope with the challenges and changes that come with a loved one's drug or alcohol use or recovery.
